Our price philosophy
The prices of Over the Rainbow Runs are intentionally below market value. We value inclusive community participation, are entirely volunteer-run, and all proceeds go to benefit local charities. Our primary beneficiary is the Kane County Children’s Justice Center. If you would like to give a little extra to benefit disadvantaged children in our community, you will have the option to do so at check-out!
We have the ability to offer discounts to those who wouldn’t be able to afford the event, and we particularly value giving this option to economically marginalized groups, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and people with disabilities. Please contact us if you are in need.
